How I help

You don’t have to figure out what to write.

Most business owners know what they do, but get stuck when it comes time to explain it on a website.
I help you figure out what belongs there, put it together clearly, and make sure it’s something you’re not afraid to update later. This is a steady, thoughtful process, not a rush job or a content dump.

Where people usually get stuck

This is rarely about being “bad at tech.” It’s usually about too many decisions and no clear starting point.

  • Not knowing what pages you actually need
  • Staring at a blank screen trying to write about yourself
  • Having content scattered across notes, emails, and old versions
  • Being unsure how to change things without breaking the site

How I help you move forward

You don’t need to arrive with perfect wording or a detailed plan. We start with conversation, then I translate that into a structure your website can use.

Clarify what belongs on your site

We talk through what you do, who you help, and what people actually need to know.
I help sort what matters from what can be left out.

Turn that into clear content

I handle the writing, layout, and basic visuals so your site explains your work without feeling stiff or salesy.

Make it usable going forward

You’ll either learn how to update things yourself, get simple documentation, or have me handle changes when needed.

What working together is like

This work is collaborative, but not overwhelming. You don’t need to prepare scripts, outlines,
or perfectly formed ideas. We move forward through conversation and clear next steps.

  • You talk through your work in plain language. I translate that into site content.
  • You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin.
  • We make decisions one section at a time, not all at once.
  • Changes are intentional, not constant back and forth.
  • If something feels unclear, we pause and adjust instead of pushing through.

What this can include

Every project is a little different. Depending on what you need, this work can include:

  • New websites or thoughtful refreshes
  • Content structure and writing
  • Simple graphics and visuals
  • Contact forms and inquiry flows
  • Booking, email, or basic automation setup
  • Walkthroughs or documentation so you’re not guessing later

A note about pricing

Every project is different, but most people want a general sense of cost before reaching out.
These ranges are meant to give you orientation, not lock you into anything.

  • Site & systems reviews: typically start around a few hundred dollars
  • Website refreshes with content help: often fall in the mid hundreds to low thousands
  • New sites or larger builds: usually land in the low to mid thousands
  • Ongoing help or small changes: available on an as-needed or monthly basis

After a short conversation, I’ll suggest a clear next step and a realistic price for the work involved.

How we start

We begin by looking at what you already have and talking through what feels confusing or unfinished.
From there, I’ll suggest a clear next step that fits your business and your comfort level.
